In addition to his operational skills, Usman has a strong background in visa application processes. He served as an overseas visa consultant to Australian agencies, ensuring smooth travel experiences for his clients. His knowledge of international travel regulations and documentation is a valuable asset to our team. His career journey also includes a stint as a Marketing Executive in a Real Estate Company based in Qatar. During this time, he honed his marketing and communication skills, contributing to successful campaigns and business growth. Beyond his professional roles, Usman has been actively involved in soft skill training and development. He has conducted workshops in both Sri Lanka and India, empowering individuals to excel in the travel and hospitality sectors.
His educational background includes a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Economics, and Hotel Management from the University of Colombo. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Airline Reservation & Fare Calculation from the Civil Aviation Authority. Further, He is an active member of the Toastmasters Club. His commitment to continuous learning and effective communication shines through in his engaging presentations and eloquent speeches.
